Services we provide

Food Boxes (about 3-5 days of food):
-limited to 4 per calender year
-the following items are included when available

• green/yellow vegetables
• tomato product
• pork and beans
• kidney beans
• soups
• canned/box meals
• peanut butter
• fruit juice
• tuna
• eggs
• macaroni and cheese
• bag of pasta
• bag of rice
• cold/hot cereal
• margarine
• milk
• potatoes
• hamburger
• bonus items

Gleanings

Gleanings of fruits, vegetables, and bread products are usually available to anyone during the hours the Food Shelf is open. Feel free to come in and take the gleanings that your family could use.

We serve

The Bemidji Community Food Shelf (BCFS) serves all, regardless of race, color, creed, religion, or gender. The Bemidji Community Food Shelf reserves the right to refuse service to person under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.

There are no income restrictions. Identification and proof of residence are required.
