Bemidji Community Food Shelf

Mission Statement

The mission of the Bemidji Community Food Shelf is to provide emergency food to families or individuals who have short-term, emergency food needs. Service is provided to residents of Beltrami County after all other possible means have been exhausted to obtain food. As the New Year approaches and due to USDA guidelines the Bemidji Community Food Shelf has a change in policy regarding client visits. Beginning on January 1, 2011 clients will no longer be able to receive services more than one time during a calendar month.

Bemidji Community Food Shelf (BCFS) is a nonprofit (IRS Reg. 501c3) organization sponsored and directed by 16 Bemidji area churches.
