Paul Bunyan Communications has an opening for a Full-time Administrative Assistant at our Bemidji, MN headquarters.
This position requires a person who understands the importance of confidentiality, is professional, detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and multi-task. Qualified applicants must be familiar with the Microsoft® Office? software suite and have strong communication and computer skills.
The responsibilities for this position will include assisting the CEO and other department managers with scheduling, communication, record keeping, reporting, as well as maintaining company manuals, contracts and other files. This position will also assist with compliance reporting, assist with Board meetings and the recording of minutes, company event planning, company travel arrangements and other clerical/office functions. Grant writing experience is a plus.
