How to sign up for a Complete Service Package:

• Sign up at one of our local offices or;
• If you already have PBT phone service you can just call us and we can take your application by phone or;
• If you already have PBT phone service you can download an application & "No Activation Fee" contract, print them, fill them out, fax them to us, and then we will call you to verify your application.
