Tier I Data Service Representative
(Entry Level)

Due to the continued expansion of our Grand Rapids Minnesota office; Paul Bunyan Telephone is seeking an individual that truly enjoys helping people.
Qualified applicants must be able to provide helpful, friendly and knowledgeable technical support over the phone and in person at our Grand Rapids office.

Applicants must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills, along with experience in a business environment and a strong foundation of business ethics. Other responsibilities may include training, hardware/software installation and repair, web page design and development.

Extensive Windows, Macintosh, Netscape, Internet Explorer and customer service experience is strongly preferred. UNIX and TCP/IP networking experience is a plus.

Applicants must be eager to learn about the many new technologies and digital services we offer.
