How to Sign Up for Dial-up Service
- Sign up at one of our local offices in Bemidji or Grand Rapids or;
- If you already have phone service with us you can just call us and we can take your application by phone or;
- You can call our office and we will fill out the application by phone and mail it to you for a signature. We will then activate your account after we receive the signed application along with any other required information.
