RSVP & America Reads Programs

RSVP is part of Senior Corps, a network of national service programs that provide interested persons the opportunity to apply their life experiences to meeting community needs. If you would like more information on Senior Corps you can link to their web page at: www.mnseniorcorps.org

What Do RSVP Volunteers Do?

Locally, RSVP volunteers take the time to listen to young children who are learning to read, support conservation and environmental issues, provide food for the hungry at the food shelf and take the time to listen to the elderly one-on-one. The list of needs that RSVP volunteers fill goes on and on.
