Present main job in life: I am a stay-at-home mom with a degree in exercise science. I have a teaching certificate in K-12 physical education and plan on subbing.

Coached BHS Varsity Soccer team for 7 years. Head Coach of Bemidji State Soccer team for 1 year. Coached at the Gym Bin from 2002 to the present. Head Optionals coach (Level 7 and up) since 2003. Present main job in life: Mom to Ethen & Colten, wife to Derek.


		Gym Bin Coaching Areas: Rising Stars, Level 2 Years having worked at the Gym Bin: 2 years Experience as a gymnast: 12 years of gymnastics in the USAG program Currently competing at Level 9 in the USAG program Experience Coaching: This is my first coaching experience. I began helping Christine with upstairs classes, and now I have advanced to coaching Rising Stars, Level 2. Present main job in life: I am a sophmore at Bemidji High School.

I competed for 3 years. Experience Coaching: This is my first gymnastics coaching experience. Coached dance for 1 year. Present main job in life: Health Educator Dietician Pilates Instructor

Present main job in life: Working at the Gym Bin.


		Gym Bin Coaching Areas: Assistant coach for Levels 5, 6, 7 & 8 Years having worked at the Gym Bin: Since 2007 Experience as a gymnast: Princeton gymnast for 6 years. Experience Coaching: I was captain on our high school team for 2 years. Coach for the community education in Princeton for approximately 2 years. Present main job in life: I am currently a freshman at Bemidji State University. I am going to school to be a Spanish major, but beyond that I'm at the Gym Bin.
