- CSA subscription vegetables. Sold out for 2008. Now accepting subscriptions for 2009. A subscription gets you 16 weekly deliveries of the freshest vegetables possible, grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Late June thru mid October.

half share. $275. About half as much as a full share on most crops, plus a little extra.

- brown and green eggs from free range hens fed only organic grain. $2.25/dz.

- 100% grass fed highland beef. No added growth hormones or antibiotics

Taking orders for fall 2008 quarters. A quarter is 75 – 100 lbs of meat – approximately 1/3 ground and 2/3 steaks and roasts. Price is approximately $3.65/lb of processed meat.

Frozen, extra lean, ground beef in approximately 1 lb packages $3.65/lb.

Summer sausage with 30% local pork $7/lb
